Information we process
Account, company, and project data, session activity, and the operational information each organization records in ConstruHire.
Purpose
We provide the service, protect accounts, maintain traceability, offer support, and improve the platform.
Organization-level isolation
Operational data is linked to a single organization. The API enforces organization context and user permissions on every protected operation.
Providers
We may use infrastructure, email, and authentication providers. They only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
International data transfer
ConstruHire's infrastructure (database and application servers) runs on Railway data centers located in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands region). This means data from Chilean organizations and users is transferred to and stored outside Chile as part of the service's normal operation. The European Union has a data protection framework generally recognized as adequate, and we apply the same security measures described in this policy regardless of the provider's location.
Retention & security
We retain account and organization data for as long as there is an active relationship, and for up to 5 years after it ends, to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. The audit log (who did what, and when, within the platform) is retained for the same period, given its forensic and compliance purpose. We apply encryption in transit, access controls, revocable sessions, and audit logging.
Data Protection Officer & your rights
ConstruHire's formal contact for data protection matters is contacto@construhire.com. To request access, correction, cancellation, or objection regarding your data, write to that address: we respond to every request within 15 business days. Some requests may require identity verification and organization authorization.
